Pu-Erh Tea:
Pu'er tea is one of the top ten famous teas in China, named after its distribution center and one of its origins. In the Tang Dynasty, Pu'er was called Bu-mu, which belonged to Yinshengjiedu. Yinsheng tea is the predecessor of Pu'er tea. It was called Pu'er tea in the Yuan Dynasty, and it was named Pu'er tea in the Wanli year of the Ming Dynasty.

Pu-erh tea production areas have a warm climate, sufficient rainfall, high humidity, deep soil layers and rich organic matter content. Tea trees are divided into trees or tall tea trees in the form of trees. The buds and leaves are extremely fat and dense, with good tenderness and excellent quality of buds and leaves. The picking period starts from March and can be picked continuously until November. In terms of production habits, it is divided into three phases: spring, summer and autumn. The standard for picking tea is two or three leaves. The production method is the sub-fermented green tea production method, which includes 8 processes of greening, initial rubbing, initial heap fermentation, re-rubbing, re-heap fermentation, initial drying, re-rubbing and drying.

Raw Pu’er refers to Pu’er tea made from Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried green tea as raw material, after natural aging, and then through some processes such as finishing and modifying the shape. The cooked tea not only needs to go through the processes of natural aging, processing, and shape modification, but also artificial "fermentation" and "stacking" of the tea leaves. Therefore, the processing technology of cooked Pu is more complicated than that of raw Pu.
